Objective

The objective of this dashboard is to monitor and analyze operational performance for delivery and pickup tasks. It focuses on identifying trends, patterns, and performance metrics that can help improve efficiency, address delays, and optimize resource allocation across cities and regions.


Below are separate dashboards for Delivery and Pickup, detailing their KPIs, filters, slicers, and objectives:


Dashboard 2: Delivery Operations Dashboard

Objective:

To evaluate and monitor delivery performance across regions, ensuring SLA compliance, and optimizing courier allocation. This dashboard will help identify bottlenecks and areas for operational improvement.

KPIs:

  1. Total Deliveries Completed: Count of successfully completed deliveries.

  2. Average Delivery Time: Average time taken from acceptance to delivery.

  3. SLA Compliance Rate: Percentage of deliveries completed within the SLA.

    • Measure: IF(Delivery Time <= SLA Time, "On-Time", "Delayed")

  4. Failed Deliveries: Count of deliveries that failed or were delayed.

  5. Courier Utilization Rate: Average number of deliveries completed per courier.

Filters:

  • City: Filter by specific cities.

  • Region: Focus on specific regions.

  • Courier ID: Performance metrics for individual couriers.

  • Date Range: Filter data by specific periods.

Slicers:

  • SLA Status: On-Time vs. Delayed.

  • AOI Type: Residential, Commercial, etc.

Visualizations:

Dashboard 2: Pickup Operations Dashboard

Objective:

To analyze pickup operations, focusing on task efficiency, SLA adherence, and courier performance. This dashboard aims to optimize scheduling and reduce delays.

KPIs:

  1. Total Pickups Completed: Number of successful pickups.

  2. Average Pickup Time: Time taken from acceptance to pickup.

  3. SLA Compliance Rate for Pickups: Percentage of pickups completed within the designated time window.

  4. Courier Idle Time: Time between task completion and the next task assignment.

  5. Failed Pickups: Count of failed pickups or pickups outside the time window.

Filters:

  • City: Filter data for individual cities.

  • Region: Focus on specific regions.

  • Courier ID: Analyze specific courier performance.

  • Date Range: Select a specific time frame for analysis.

  • Time Window Status: Tasks completed within vs. outside the time window.
