KPIs

  1. Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)

    • Formula: CSAT = (Number of Positive Feedbacks / Total Feedbacks) × 100

    • Objective: To measure the percentage of customers satisfied with their delivery experience.

  2. On-Time Delivery Percentage

    • Formula: On-Time Delivery % = (Number of On-Time Deliveries / Total Deliveries) × 100
